What is everyone's favorite part of their Disney World Vacation? It could be anything!!!

I think my favorite part of our Disney Vacations is the food! My family plans our trip around eating big meals. Each day we are there we have one big sit down dinner. Over the years we have found our favorite restaurants (Chef Mickey's, Sci-Fi Dine-In, Boma, O'hana) and have branched out and tried new ones. This time, it's Le Cellier, Boma, Chef Mickey's, Mama Melrose, and Cape May Cafe. So a few of our favorites and a couple new restaurants to try! I can't wait!!!

Oh, and of course of trip wouldn't be complete without eating dessert in France at their Patisserie.

What's your favorite part of your trip?

Well my favorite part has to be driving under the arch. We drive down from Jacksonville so we don't have that far to go and the moment I see Mickey welcoming me to his house I get so excited and have been known to tear up. Someone else said it best when they said they just leave everything outside those property lines, no fears, no worries. I have begun the tradition of taking photos of everyone in the car as we cross the property line.

My favorite moment of every trip is walking up Main Street on our first day in the parks and stopping by the Roy and Minnie statue and the Partners statue to say hello. I somehow always imagine Roy just nodding and smiling, and Uncle Walt smiling and saying "welcome back."

This last trip though, there were some not-so-magical moments that I was afraid would taint the memory for me a little. But that all changed on our last night. My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary with dinner at Ohana, the raced to the Magic Kingdom for Wishes. We had seen it earlier in the week and wanted to watch it again. This time we were right in front of the castle, right next to Uncle Walt and Mickey. The show was just amazing. The lines about wishes coming true, on my anniversary, while I stood behind my wife with my hands on her shoulders... well, I'm not ashamed to admit that I got a little misty. Magic? Oh yes... Magic indeed.

Before I met my fiancee, my favortie part of my trips was relaxing and people watching (either back in WS or at DTD). Now though, since she has only been twice in her life, it is watching her face when she experiences something for the first time. A parade, or fireworks, or the multiple little falls on Splash that she thinks are the big fall, these are the moments that I absolutely cherish. I imagine it'll be the same for both of us when we have children too.
