Favorite park icon

What's your most beloved park icon? For me it has to be Spaceship Earth. EPCOT was my first disney park, when I moved to Orlando, so SSE has always been the main icon of WDW through my eyes. It really means a lot, and it is something sentimental to me. So I was wondering what is your favorite icon at the parks?

Cinderella Castle. MK has been and will always be my favorite park. That castle remains a staple of my life.

Cinderella's Castle --- I'll never forget the first time I saw it.

This was a very difficult decision for me, because both Cinderella Castle and Spaceship Earth represent WDW—without SSE, WDW would be just another Disneyland; and without the Castle, WDW wouldn't have the classic magic.

I voted for SSE because Cinderella Castle is also in Tokyo, so it's not exclusive.

p.s. Anyone who votes for the BAH has no taste.

While Cindy's castle is more iconic for me when I think about WDW I was picture the good ol' Golfball.

I had to vote for The Chinese Theatre. MGM was the first park I went to and the theatre will always be the icon for me.

The gigantic white geosphere of SSE is amazing.(The Chinese Theatre is great too)

Castle all the way. The 1st, the original, the best imo. Plus, as much as I love SSE I don't think I've ever witnessed it cause people's eye's to leak :lol:

It's like asking which is my favourite sibling. You obviously have one, but you can't actually go out and say it... They are all great...

Likewise you always have one you hate and don't get on with. But it's okay to name them .... The Hat.

As much as I love the castle (and I do, pretty much all my MK pictures include the castle in some way,) SSE is jaw-dropping for me.

This is a hard choice. As much as I love Cinderella Castle and Spaceship Earth, the amount of detail in the Tree of Life wins it for me. It truly is awe-inspiring and, more than any other icon, I believe it best truly captures the essence/theme of the park.

Spaceship Earth for me! If you think about it the entire Resort is An Experimental protoype Community of Tommorow,,

The Castle for me, although it wasn't the first park I visited in WDW its the icon that is presented to children when first introduced to Disney. It captures the magic and to me nothing will ever compare.

Have to vote for SSE. It's something you can only find in FL and it really stands out. Plus, it's an actual good attraction... (Yes, I'm talking to you ITTBAB)

I love it how since Hollywood Studios doesn't have a definitive icon that it has three in the poll. You forgot ToT though, That was the icon for a brief period too...

A voted for the Castle, however, my next favorite "icon" would be the Haunted Mansion. Perhaps not a "Park Weenie" but still iconic in it's own right.

Spaceship Earth. I have never seen a feat of architecture like that before. It's awe inspiring....and the symbolism only makes it more amazing.
