No love for the Speedway!
I voted IASW just because it brings back so many memories.
PS- I was scared to death of HM when I was little. But, of course I love it now!

Sometimes in-between as well, I assume.
(Mine is BTMRR or SPLASH, but we always make a few stops at HM on the way.)

I'm quite the chicken and was terrified of HM until I was in my 20s. You can put me on the biggest roller coaster in the world and I'm giddy, but a few hitchhiking ghosts were enough to make me anything but a grim grinning guest. What's funny is I now really like the ride, but out of the originals...It's a Small World is my fave.

I love 'em all and must do them every time! I can't choose one! Well, perhaps the HM, but would be boring. Then again, it is rightfully considered the ultimate in Disney rides, together with Pirates. Yes, the Mansion it must be.
Also, no Tropical Serenade? For my liking, the current Tiki room is close enough to the old version to be considered an original.

To me, the Swiss Family Treehouse feels like the most "classic" Disney attraction at WDW. It harks back to a movie that is now nearly forgotten, is realistic (it feels as if it could have been the actual set for the movie), and (with all the stairs) is an example of an attraction that would never be built today.
I probably should have included the Topical Serenade. As you note, the current version is pretty much the same as the original but I ran out of poll options!

Eventhough there have been changes to the mansion I don't approve of, Haunted Mansion is my all time favorite second is Space Mountain, very surprised this is not listed not to mention BTMRR.
