Favorite Land at Walt Disney World

I think Main Street USA just screams out Disney to me. Maybe it is just fond memories of when I was a child. I still get a special shiver every time we are on it.

I like being on Main Street USA when it's raining. That reminds me of my first trip over 15 years ago. Right now it's raining and I'm thinking it would be supercalifragilisticexpealidocious to be there right now instead of at work.

For me it's World Showcase, but future World in the future looks promising, I can just picture myself chillin by the Fountain of Nations in the middle of a green grassy area surrounded by trees and slow traffic. That might be my next favorite.

My favorite spot in Epcot is a little ways from the Fountain of Nations where the benches are leading to World Showcase. I have to get something from Starbucks and then just eat there and people-watch.

MK-Adventureland, Frontierland, and Towmorrowland

EPCOT-Thats tough. Maybe Futureworld West.

AK-Africa and Discovery Island

DHS-Sunset Blvd and Streets of America (whats left of it).

Sunset Blvd is my favorite area of DHS, too. I don't have a favorite spot at AK since I tend to spend less time there.

In my opinion, Adventureland is quintessential Disney. Liberty Square is very quaint and underrated. Not a Land, but my favorite spot in WDW is the stretch of France, International Gateway, and UK pavilions. I've never been to East Africa, but I really do appreciate the attention to detail in Africa, and love grabbing a Safari Amber and relaxing at the Dawa Bar.

All of Animal Kingdom, the Moroccan and Italian Pavilions in WS and Frontierland. And once Galaxy's Edge opens, it will be added to my list.

Let's see, Magic Kingdom, got to be Frontierland and along the water to Liberty Square.
Epcot: I'll go with Canada, the split-level is cool.
DS: It's going to be Galaxy's Edge. At the moment, probably just the entrance area.
DAK: Pandora is really hard to beat now.

Overall: Magic Kingdom's waterfront mentioned above.

My favorite land is the whole land of Typhoon Lagoon. 1960s style tropical paradise!!! Absolutely my favorite. Love the theme, backstory, and attention to detail throughout.

What is your favorite land or area at the resort? I really like Frontierland because it's home to my favorite ride, Splash Mountain, and also because it just has such a nice atmosphere and great theming. I'm also a big fan of the theming and rich details of Asia and Africa at DAK. There are many others I like as well, but those would have to be my favorites.
I am with you on Splash Mountain-it is a great ride. But overall I would vote for Fantasyland because of my 6 young grandchildren. That part of MK gets their attention. I am sure that will change as they grow older.

For MK: Liberty Square. Just like the feel of it, and of course HM is included in it. A cool place with the liberty tree with all the lanterns, the muppets show, the liberty bell, for just a few reasons!
Thanks OP for this great thread:)

Tomorrowland, I like living in the past!

;)

In all seriousness I love the Echo Lake area, of course SW:GE has not open yet so the jury is still out!

Just about every land has been my favourite at some point. ^_^

Current ones, more or less:

MK - Adventureland. Exotic, immersive, great attractions, feels the least compromised by evil modern Disney.
EPCOT - Japan. If they ever add a ride this pavilion would be a complete vacation destination for me.
DHS - The whole front lot, difficult to separate into parts. The recently reopened last remains of the Streets if America reminded me how great of an area that was.
DAK - Oasis. Yes. ;)

The obvious one for me is Pandora, however each are unique and appealing in there own different way
