Favorite Disney Resort

This is hard - it took me a while to decide for sure

Deluxe - Polynesian is still #1 for us. AKL and OKW are close ties
Moderate - Coronado Springs is my winner, but barely. POR is close
Value - I have no winner here. I've been to them all and I just don't feel much difference in them, sorry.

I agree on the deluxe and moderate.
I like some of the rooms at the All Star Music.
Polynesian is my favorite Disney resort, but I always stay at the Wilderness Lodge, if I go around the Holidays.

Grand Floridian is the best resort, period. But the Wilderness Lodge is really special and Much less expensive.
CB is the best moderate, largely because of location. Not sure this is still true as they dig up space for gondolas.
Pop Century the best value, although we have not yet stayed at Art of Animation. Pop is just newer than the All-Stars and you never have to share a bus. (or at least you haven't, not sure how buses working with AoA.

1. Animal Kingdom Lodge
2. Beach Club / Yacht Club
3. Poly
4. GF

Just cause a resort is the most expensive doesn't mean it's the best. I personally think the restaurants, theming and friendliest service gives the nod to AKL as #1. Then the Beach Club and Yacht Club for the atmosphere, service, theming, the proximity to two parks as well as the views are fantastic. Poly and GF are both nice but GF has taken a downslide in the service department lately.

Value: Fort Wilderness Campground (stayed in our pop-up camper)
Moderate: Caribbean Beach
Deluxe: Wilderness Lodge (although we're staying at BC and Poly for the first time in 3 weeks, so...) ;)

I'll copy yours.

Value: Fort Wilderness Campground (stayed in a three-man tent when I was younger and it didn't hurt)
Moderate: Port Orleans French Quarter. I love this resort.
Deluxe: Wilderness Lodge (although Contemporary is a very close second).

I've given up on that particular battle. Other forums I belong to actively encourage you to search old threads and only start new ones if it's absolutely necessary, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

Hmm....perhaps people like "fresh and new" viewpoints. Old threads can be hard to sift through. I have no problem with people starting new threads with "old titles". I don't get why that bothers anyone. Just don't click on the thread....it's that simple.

Value: Never stayed at one so I don't have an opinion

Moderate: Port Orleans Riverside hands down. I love this resort. It is themed beautifully and I have never had a bad stay.

Deluxe: Wilderness Lodge. You step right in and truly think that you are in the Pacific Northwest. I love the food options there, the pool is great, boat to MK, and it is priced accordingly.

Value: Only ever stayed at the All Star Music Resort and was not impressed.
Moderate: Probably would be the Port Orleans Riverside. Loved everything about that resort.
Deluxe: So far only tried the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Loved it, but next time we are planning on trying Polynesian and possibly Beach Club??

Historically, Poly. But it really seems like WL is closing the gap for me. Probably 1a and 1b. I do miss the water feature in the Great Ceremonial House.

Deluxe - The Swan or Dolphin - I love ROI and this resort delivers more than any other resort in WDW.
Moderate - Never stayed at one. We are thinking Port Orleans this year Maybe.
Value - AoA - We have stayed at Pop and All-Star Music. Love the theming at AoA best.

Deluxe - Beach Club - beautiful resort! We love the lobby smell and the pool is the best on property! Beautiful and spacious rooms. Can't beat the location and being only steps away from Epcot. We never had issues with transportation there, actually we thought the buses were the best of all of the resorts we have stayed at. Great food choices and home to our favorite Cape May Cafe.

Moderate - Port Orleans Riverside - This resort makes me really feel like I am "home". It is so quiet, relaxing and beautiful and I love the sounds throughout the resort. We love the food court at POR - one of our favorite on property. The boats to Disney Springs are really nice. The royal rooms are my favorite!

Value - Pop Century - haven't stayed there in a while but out of the values, Pop has always been our go-to. The refurbished rooms looks great!
