When you get up there...you can always ask them if they can squeeze in the extra three people.

How likely is this to be successful? We are going to be there on 19Nov, which from what I have read is a relatively slow week.. (the advantages of having kids not in school.. you don't have to wait for Thanksgiving week to take a vacation.. you can go the week before.. ;) )

It is honestly hit or miss. If it happens to be a slower day, you'll have a better chance of getting them in. Nothing is guaranteed, but it's at least worth a shot.

I made an ADR for two when I was in fact going solo. I couldn't make an ADR for one. I told them when I walked up and they just said "okay".

I've actually done this many times. The online booking system for some reason has a thing against single diners. So if there's no space for me, I can usually get a time when booking for two. When I arrive I just say that there will be only one dining tonight, and have never had a problem with it.

Good. While I got this ADR for one, I do have an ADR for Kona Cafe for two on 11/9.
