Favorite 80's music videos.

Journey were never that big in the UK, but a friend got me into them, infact where I went to school liking any American band was an indication youd grow up to be a hairdresser. Zep, Priest, Lizzy, Rush, Bad Co AC/DC, Sabbaffff, and Motorhead were the foundation stones, then we had Maiden, Leppard as the bands of my generation. If you were a bit of a football hooligan then Quo & Slade were up there.

The current Mrs Sak was big into these bands, not realy aimed at blokes with Motorhead shirts.




Then I exposed her to the Snake (before the forgot their roots)

1987 was my H.S. grad to out an age to me.

I was a heavy metal kid, lots of 80s videos I thought were cool. Now I watch them and think how silly they look. I can still listen to the music and enjoy it due to the memories it provides but watching the videos is just too much to bear now

Now I love love love me some 1980s movies still today

A few others:

I saw Twisted Sister with Ratt in 1985 maybe, can't remember they year for sure. I do remember almost getting stabbed for a concert shirt. Man those were some crazy places to be when carrying around a shirt you bought...

Don't remember the concert much, but that part sticks around in my head.

Best concert I have ever been too (only about 12 os so total) was Great White in San Diego in 1991, man that was just an awesome concert...
