Mine picks are:
Magic Kingdom-----gotta love Splash Mountain
EPCOT-----hmmmmm if it was still the original I would have to say Journey Into Imagination...but since they've changed it Spaceship Earth
MGM-----Rock N Roller coaster all the way
Animal Kingdom----I love the safari but also It's Tough To Be a Bug is soooo much fun

MK: Space Mountain and Haunted Mansion
Epcot: Rio del Tiempo and Space Mountain
Animal Kingdom: Safari
MGM: Only have been on Tower of Terror so far. This year will try Rock N' Roller Coater so maybe that will be on a future list.

Here are mine:
MK: Haunted Mansion (too cool, too classic)
Epcot: El Rio del Tiempo (o.k., I know that it's stupid and outdated, but I just love getting on an attraction without waiting in line, and staying on it for as many rounds as you like)
Disney/MGM: Tower of Terror (ever looked inside the glass case of the office directory in the lobby? try it!)
AK: Kiliminjaro Safaris (weve had some amazing experiences with animals so close you could almost touch them)
I doubt that anyone will read this at this point, but fun anyways)

MK: Splash Mountain (totally awsome, totally wet)
Epcot: Mission Space (totally out of tis world)
MGM: Twighlight Zone Tower of Terror (Everydrop is totally awsome)
AK: Its actuallt a tie between Festival of the Lion King and DINOSAUR (both are totally amazing)
As you can see I like the Thrill side of Disney World!
