Fastpass question

When we get to a Fastpass ride, and there are 3 of us in our family, is there an option to choose that makes sure we can all ride together, is there just one card per family or do we all get cards, do we swipe one card 3 times, are we all gonna get the same time frame, how do we make sure we all ride together?

Each person in your party will get their own FASTPASS ticket. What you do is go to the FASTPASS machines near the entrance of the attraction and insert your park ticket into the machine. It will then give you back your park ticket and one FASTPASS for that attraction. Do this with each person's park ticket and you will have three FASTPASSes for the same time. Then, return within the timeframe on the FASTPASS and all three of you will enter the ride at the same time. Hope this helps.

You actually submit your park ticket into the machine and the machine will spit out your fastpass. It will have your return time printed on it. It will say something like return between 12:00-1:00pm. Each person will need their own fastpass, so you need to make sure you enter each park ticket into the machine.

There might be a slight chance the return time will change between entering each persons park ticket, but it only changes by a 5 minutes or so - so no biggy.

I love the fastpass program. If you are going during peak times, get fastpasses for big attractions early!

Yeah, this happened to us in January. We went back at the earlier time and the CM didn't say anything about the 1 FP that didn't "start" for another 5 minutes. I would imagine that if they said anything you could argue that you're all together, but I don't even think it would come to that... unless you got a cranky CM.

And after fighting with the cranky CM, the 5 minutes would be up and there would be no problem.
