Fantasyland (Toontown) Station Water Tower Work

What exactly was changed??

The structures (water tank, sheds, etc....) are getting some needed refurb to match the new theming of the land. Pictures that were posted showed the tower with a new coat of base paint, and same for the sheds. They looked awefully shoddy when compared to the beautiful new train station just yards away.
