MK Fantasyland Permits

It's the same address as Big Top Souvenirs, and this is actually the first permit to call it anything but Merchandise Tent, might just be a name that they were using at some point.
Haven't seen anything, so I am assuming it's just concrete work since they seem to be re-doing all the concrete in Fantasyland.
Looks like they aren't entirely finished with Dumbo, another permit popped up today...

Not sure what this one is. I don't know that address, but the Speedway is 1254 and the new Dumbo is 1262. It's not Goffini and it's no Mad Tea Party. The contractor is Barton Malow who is the general contractor on the rest of the Fantasyland Expansion.

I think someone in the permit thread figured this out, that address is likely for the mine ride.
Interesting permit today for "Visual Instrusions". Based on the address in the permit it appears to be for Be Our Guest/Gastons. I know they have been working on sight line problem behind Enchanted Tales with Belle, does anyone know of any issue left with Be Our Guest or Gastons? Maybe this is a new sight line from the Mine Ride.
