Here are a few quick photos I took today. I did not have my good camera with me or I would have a much better update.

P.S. 71 look away and sorry no broken limbs or camera:lol:

Very interesting that you can now see the Haunted Mansion from Fantasyland. I hope the new walkway has some sort of transition as it heads into Liberty Square.

It would be a bit ridiculous to have us step over Rapunzel's hair right into a pet cemetery (if it isn't removed).

Very cool, thanks! Yeah, HM visible from FL is about as desirable as SBC visible from TL. That's the first time I've used the "cool kid" abbreviations, don' have a cow if I got them wrong.

Really gives perspective from ground level. The progress still amazes me, as new visible things are added daily! Fantastic pics, thanks Scuttle!

Isn't the pet cemetery on the left hand side of the HM entrance? I hope there is some sort of transition as well....there really wasn't one before (the old walkway) so it would be nice to see one.

Love the pictures - can't wait to see it for my 2 year wedding anniversary Nov9th -16th 2012

Thanks so much for posting!! I'm so excited to see this all coming together! I love the look of it (the cobblestone bridges and cottages and abundant landscaping). It is just going to be so special for my children to have this area of the park. I really feel like they've taken Fantasyland and truly made it a Fanstasy world. It was special before, but it didn't have the feel that this will have. Frontierland feels like an Old Western town, Main Street USA feels like you are walking in a small town. Fantasyland never really felt like I was immersed in the story. But, with this, I think it will now.

Again, thanks for posting AND thanks for including a "next" buttom on the pictures so I didn't have to close and open each one :-)

Great pictures and thanks for posting. We can argue (and many have) the quality and ticket levels of the new attractions coming on-line but I think most of us could agree that these new areas are visually a home run. They are doing a beautiful job esthetically.

They have really kicked the groundwork into high gear! It look like all of the trees in FL forest have been planted. There is a crapload of trees now.

It also looks like the wall is built on the East side of the FLE entrance. I was shocked to see a wall on the right in the shots of Prince Eric's Castle. I do not remember seeing any earlier shots of a wall being built on that side.

The stone work on the bridges looks spectacular! It does not seem that long ago that the arial photos showed them being just plain concrete.

Thanks for the pics Scuttle.

The ground level shots are great! Its going to be nice to have a cooler shaded area with lots of planter seating in Sept. 2013. They are really doing a great job and I can't wait to see the project when it's finished. Thanks for all the hi res. pictures.:sohappy:

Great to see so much progress! Am I the only one underwhelmed by the budget standing seam roof connecting to Dumbo's big top?

There is a small pet cemetery on the side of the hill on your left as you exit HM. I can't remember all of the the characters represented there, but if you look up and to the left, in the back, you will see a tombstone shaped like Mr. Toad. It is a nod to those who mourned the loss of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride to make way for the Winnie the Pooh ride. I know there are lots of places on Disney board sites where you can get more info about it than I can give. I do hope the pet cemetery stays. I love those little hidden details!

As it stands, I agree.

However, I think we need to wait to see the finished product. Per the renderings and model, there should be a good bit more fabric bunting and coverings that make it look more like a circus that has come to town.

This would be in the same way the Dumbo Circus tent was first a metal form, then painted, and then covered in order to make that permanent building look like a circus tent.
