Fantasyland construction walls to go up from April 12 until mid May 2010

I never really got the "May" thing. Almost all of Phase 1 takes place behind where the wall currently is, and they're still doing demolition (as can be seen by the recent aerial photos Steve posted in the News part of the site).

If this wall is supposed to come down, that can only be because it's moving or being replaced with a long-term berm or nicer wall. I doubt either will happen. A berm is expensive (move dirt, plant seed/plants, then tear it all down at the end because it will be in the way of stuff), and there's no reason to replace this wall with another type.

The ones they are currently using are pretty neat.
