I have been hearing that Fantasmic has not been up to par lately? I was wondering if anyone has gone lately and what they thought, bc i want to c if it is worth it for me to go when I go in may?

Ya, I have seen it every time but people are saying that it was having some issues!

If you've seen it often, you'll probably be able to notice the tech issues it's (still) having.

Saw it tonight and everything worked. A few low pyro didn't fire but it was quite windy. Even the torches on the canoes all fired up.

I love Fantasmic and I remember when I saw it last August, the first time I saw it half the pyro was missing at the end just after Mickey appeared at the top of the mountain and he was dancing from side to side with no pyro coming out. The second time I saw it, it was working fine I guess it's just depending on when you see it you might get lucky you might not which does truly suck.

It had a minimal refurb. The planned full refurb was axed.

Agreed - DL's version is much better. I really wish they would axe the Pocahontas scene and replace it with Peter Pan. Pocahontas just isn't that well-loved for the amount of time it has in the show. I thought I loved WDW's F! until I saw it at DL.

I saw something similar when I was there in the first week of March! It didn't hit the railing, it hit the concrete structure on the stage side of the lake, bounced off and then ran into an oncoming canoe. It looked like the troubled boat had only 2 paddlers whereas others have 4. Someone forgot to tell them they couldn't both paddle on the same side.
