I'm still optimistic we get a timeline for F! return before the end of this month.

Starting in July, we will start getting Christmas seasonal offerings. It's quite possible they will also announce returning entertainment and hopefully Jingle Bell Jingle BAM! is one of the entertainment options.

I doubt we'll get a confirmation of JBJB! before we get the opening F! date, but we'll see.

Everyone is so negative re opening date! The moat is full, there are pictures of them testing the lighting and the cast are rehearsing- surely can’t be that long till opening? Disney must want to spread the crowds over the summer from their other shows!

Yeah 2023? Are you serious? I am going in Nov and will be really bummed if this isn't open by then. They also need something to pull thousands of patrons AWAY from their lack of rides, which will relieve some pressure off the rides and Genie+. Wouldn't that be a major boon for evening riders of the big ticket rides to have anywhere from 5K - 10K less people waiting in ride lines if they're tied up waiting for Fantasmic and then sitting/standing to watch it?

I rewatched this with my son last year, and I had a similar feeling. I still liked it, but much darker than I remember. And not as good.
