Demand kind of requires two viewings. A better outlook on this would be park management has performs little to no maintenance. The parade is over 10 years old. Either put in some serious rehab efforts and let’s get a new parade going. Also having electrical issues. Parade would be in much better shape if park management would only run it once a day, but instead they choose to run it into the ground.
I would think the later could be on the WDW cookbook in the coming years...Either put in some serious rehab efforts and let’s get a new parade going.
Frozen branding is very particular about the context the sisters are seen, they usually have to be kept separate from characters outside of their storyline. So they can’t be on the gazebo with everyone else.Is it always Anna and Elsa missing ? I'm curious how they decided who gets the shaft (not that I don't 100% agree with the decision...).
Maintenance goes into it quite literally every day. These things weren’t meant to run twice a day. Often, they’re sent out into the park with half empty batteries. Day parade ran for decades with only one viewing time, they can absolutely figure it outDemand kind of requires two viewings. If the floats that are regularly receiving maintenance work aren’t working, chances are the float that’s been sitting dormant for three years definitely isn’t going to work for two parades a day.Is the Brave float still in one piece? You would think if they had three floats out they would insert it back into the parade just to flesh it out a bit.

Disneyland has run two parade showings a day for a long time. They can figure it out without these issues.
I have a feeling the harsher weather in Florida also has a play, a lot of times the floats are stuck outside backstage in the rain, mainly when they are lined up and a downpour happens.Disneyland also seems to know how to maintain parades much better than WDW
And is there any "covered storage" for the floats?I have a feeling the harsher weather in Florida also has a play, a lot of times the floats are stuck outside backstage in the rain, mainly when they are lined up and a downpour happens.
Yes there is. But if you pull floats out and a storm cell unexpectedly arrives, they will get wet.And is there any "covered storage" for the floats?
And they're not 100% waterproof so that's cause for concern then.Yes there is. But if you pull floats out and a storm cell unexpectedly arrives, they will get wet.
I have a feeling most of the time it's less "unexpectedly" and more of them thinking they'll get the performance done before the rain arrives. Which is when stuff like this happens.Yes there is. But if you pull floats out and a storm cell unexpectedly arrives, they will get wet.
Tangled was at Noon Today. And also hearing the Tangled Unit was missing.

My point is that Disneyland is able to run a parade twice a day and I would argue those new floats for Magic Happens are much more complex than anything in FoF. Being cheap and unwilling to protect the parade floats is TDOs fault.Maintenance goes into it quite literally every day. These things weren’t meant to run twice a day. Not really, the FoF floats have more moving show elements than Magic Happens but then again non moving show elements don't stop management from sending a float out so it's a internal issue with the float when it happens. My point is that Disneyland is able to run a parade twice a day and I would argue those new floats for Magic Happens are much more complex than anything in FoF. And are older, exposed to harsher conditions, have a longer parade route, a longer way to travel backstage post parade to storage, etc.Not really, the FoF floats have more moving parts than Magic Happens.
