It could simply be “we tested the fire and water effects we installed and they worked. Now it is time to move more showpieces onto the island and that’s much easier to do with a dry lagoon.”I mean it literally takes a few hours to refill the lagoon. I don’t think he was right about April, either, but a drained lagoon isn’t indicative of a long delay in the show’s return. His April return always seemed ambitious. June seems much more plausible.
