Fall Free Dining Extension Coming

I was already able to re-book all my dining - only thing I could not get was Be Our Guest. Tammy from Kingdom Konsultants took care of the hotel. I added a few days in the Tampa area- Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, and a day at the beach. Overall I am guessing it saved me $1500

Sat on hold for 1 hour this morning from 7:00am to 8:00am and attempted to get a room only discount for ASMovies. The CM couldn't get that so she set it up for Pop Century only to tell me that my credit (I paid off the trip when I booked) was only $13. :jawdrop: I just had her switch it back to ASMovies and forget the discount. How in the world can a room only discount be just $13????:banghead:

Just had to cancel most of my ADR's for our trip because we are blacked out for FD during our trip. :arghh: I did keep Chef Mickey's (for our traditional first breakfast), Sci-Fi Dine In, and Be Our Guest.

Sucks that the dates will not work for my trip!!

I arrive on 9/27 and depart on 10/4 . Oh well I guess I wont let it get me too down....I am still going to DISNEY!
Had you thought about doing a room only for the first two days then switching into a package for the Free Dining? It may be worth it depending. Run the numbers and see what it looks like for your trip!! Good luck!! Marie

Why do they eliminate the little mermaid room from this? We pay more for the value room then any of the other value resorts. I just don't understand! I am booked from the 18th-the 22nd of October in little mermaid.
Because the Little Mermaid rooms are among the most popular accomodations and are selling out without any discount at all. They are tough to get them at the regular rate, why would it require a "Sale" to get people to book them? I agree they are really adorable, but if you are looking for a discount, you should always keep your resort options as flexible as possible. Marie

So does it still hold true that if you check-in within any of those dates, you get Free Dining for your entire stay? The reason why I am asking, if this becomes a true offer, I arrive on the 2nd of Novemeber to the 10th and the offer is for October 18 - November 2.

Thanks
Assuming the availability is there for all of your dates, the answer is Yes!!!! Good luck!! Marie

I had thought about this but am staying at POFQ and the free dining is not being offered at this resort as I imagine they were all taken by the people who received the pins before this offer was released to the public.......I called and was able to apply the FL resident discount since I live in NorthWest Florida so that saved me a little money ;)

Got it, just learned about all of this. The thing about all this free dining is it really doesn't come out good for seasonal or annual pass holders. So I am going to stick with my little mermaid room :D
