So I just got off the phone with an Apple rep. He checked the tracking info that he has and the stupid Fedex driver even wrote down that he left the package in the back yard because there was no one there to sign for it.
He failed to mention that he left it at the wrong house!!!!:fork:

I can't believe this...usually they try twice even if no one's home before they leave it. What did he say when you told him about the address mix-up?

I did! They have someone checking into it now, and they're supposed to get back to me.

Well, it sounds like they are going to follow through on it - there's no excuse for that disregard of others' property.
