Thanks Susan! They're doing three different projects, studying explorers. Her current one has her doing an ABC book: each letter is a different explorer.

I have these plastic A-B-C's - Joel has been using them to spell Thomas engine names. He appears to know most if not all of his letters. Today he's been looking for the names on the engines so he can spell it right - yesterday he spelled a couple of names from memory.
