BTW, I miss you all like crazy but now that E's in kindergarten I've got this whole new schedule I've had to get used to. Can't do late night and when we all get home at the end of the day it's dinner, play, bath, snack, bed. The child actually falls asleep by 9:15 every night (unheard of for her) and I'm down by 10 (ridiculous!!!!!!). I have to be all responsible and stuff...

And I may have gotten roped into being a "Daisy" mom (first level of Girl Scouts).

So how is everyone???? How's the baby and Krystyna? Is Nibbs still gone or back and I missed it? Is Steph engaged? (cripes, she's probably married by now). Connor still a brat(:kiss: )? Dana still sweet and Maggie still perfect? Jenny still the best mom evah? Jess still MIA? Betty still her adorable self? Vince still channeling his inner mermaid? Luke still a genius? Freddy having fun with evil type teachers? Dan still doing homework? Danny still keeping us up on the weather? Joanna still likeing the wrong sports teams (:p )? Dot still our rock and our anchor? Who did I miss?

When it rains it pours.

George is doing good. Still waiting a kidney. The house hasn't fallen down yet so I guess that is good. The roof is not leaking and the stairs were done last week, just need to painter to finish.
The job dropped me last month and didn't tell me, so I am not getting paid so I had to file unemployment and have to wait. So things are a little tight for us. Knee is not going to be fixed anytime soon. There will be a hearing in about a month. Of course they couldn't give me a date.
I've been out job hunting and doing school work, so life has been :shrug: normal.
I'm not down and out yet, so I'll keep going.

Oh sweetie...{{{HUGS}}}. I have faith...in you and that things will work out. I know it's hard, believe me, I've been at the point where I've thought about selling some jewelry just to keep going. You are by no means down and out...not while you live and breathe..."Illegitimi non carborundum". Apparently it's only mock Latin but it still works for me...

Amy - you are so full of it :lol: . So, you will be a Girl Scout mom? Looks like we'll be band parents from now on. Abby has to go to the Middle School this morning from 7:50-8:30 for her first band class.

So, yesterday was International Talk Like a Pirate Day.....does anyone know, is today Talk to Someone Who's Not Really There Day? :lookaroun On my 20 minute walk in this morning, I saw 3 different people talking to invisible people.
