Oh good. Ok. If there are over 20 entries, then there needs to be a final poll between the winner of the 2 groupings. Right now I am at 19 entries...so if 2 more people enter, then I'll need you.
What you'll do is next Tuesday, (should we have two groupings) you will wait until the polls close, and then get the top 3 vote getters. (Now...say two people are tied for first and 3 are tied for third, that's ok...all of the top three vote getters move on to the next round.) You figure this out for both polls. Are you still with me? Otherwise, I can show you an example.

oh...sure, I can answer that. The poll will close automatically.
When I make a new poll, there is a spot at the bottom that will ask "How Many Days past that date you want to keep the poll for"...I always mark 4 for the first polls. Then for the final poll you will mark 3...but we'll get to that.
Ok...so, before I go, I will send you an email with the names of the entries and their photos included. (I keep that in my in box until I post the second poll so that way it doesn't create a lot of work for me again later.) You will need to copy each and every top 3 vote getter and paste it into a new thread. Got it?

This is kind of what the list will look like. Say both of these entries are in the finals...you will copy everything that relates to that entry. Name all the way to IMG tags, then post it in the new thread. Now get it a bit better?

Yes. (And like I said, if any are tied...all of them go. The top three number of votes is what gets transported in this poll) Example, this is from the Signage Group 1 poll:
SewIn2Disney 13
Nicole220 1
MR FERRET 1
TiggerBW 2
hakunamatata 1
JustinWI 8
LoriMistress 1
no2apprentice 4
Nemo14 8
AMH97 5
The ones in bold go into the final poll. So even though there are two eights, that doesn't take away the third place one. Both 8s go and the 5 one goes too. Help a bit?
So then you will find SewIn2Disney, JustinWI, Nemo14, and AMH97 in the emailed list I send and copy what I told you to copy in the previous post to a new thread.

Ah ok. So how do you do a poll?
Ok...that's actually the easy part.
Once you get everything in the thread, you will scroll down (before you post the thread) and click the checkmark for "Post a Poll" and then it will ask you how many options you want, which will be the number of entries that you will have. So in the case of the above example, it will be 4. Then you will click submit new thread.
Once you do that, it will take you to a spot where you can enter in the questions for the poll (oh and you have to type a title in for the poll too, which will be Macro (Final Poll) ) and the questions will be the names of the entries. So you will type in SewIn2Disney, JustinWI, Nemo14, and AMH97 into each entry spot. At the bottom of the page, it will then ask you how long you want the poll to run and you will type in a number 3. B/c the final polls run for 3 days.
This is the part I can't really show you. However, you can test it in the "test board" forums. It will be really easy if you tried it. It pretty much spells everything out for you.

Ah, ok. The only thing that is a little confusing is the amount of days. But I think I will get it.
Ok...the number of days is easy. All you'll have to type in is 3. If you remember that, you will do it perfectly.
And something gets messed up...that's ok...I'll just post a new poll when I get back, but I'd rather try to do it on schedule like people are used to.
