I ended up getting up in the middle of the night (insomnia pays sometimes!) and checked online to find that almost everything was booked for jersey week so I quick booked a new ressie for Coronado (from POFQ).

I have tried all day to cancel our initial ressies but haven't been able to get through on the phones all day. No guess I will just wait until another day to cancel our original ones.

Just glad I snagged them since it is 4 rooms for our family reunion.

I can't believe how bad the phones and Internet have been!

After trying all afternoon and getting a busy signal, I got through after 4pm. No luck though! No discounted rooms available at POFQ. Glad we made reservations last week or we wouldn't be going. And we don't want to change resorts for the discount and pay for a deluxe

Be careful when trying to make reservation online and get error message. Ended up with duplicate reservation, even though I got an error message saying the first one didn't process.. Worst part is it will post to my account because I can't get in touch with anyone! All lines busy!!!

Was on hold for 40 minutes but I was able to get the FD for the week of Thanksgiving because we ar arriving on the 21. Very excited since due to the FDD I am now paid in full.

That is what I use KK also. I appreciate that KK is willing to wait on hold for me so that I don't have to. And I don't have to pay them to do so!

Bummed . Apparently, we booked our October trip before the price hike. So, not only do we not qualify for free dining because of the black out dates, we also get a big whopping $30 off with the room discount. Boo hoo, poor me. Yeah, I know. I'm still going to Disney!

I am very disappointed with these discounts, nothing available at the Contemporary for our desired dates. We'll be paying full price! Anyone else staying at the Contemporary in December?

We were able to book a room only discount at the Poly, it looks like availability there is now gone. Seems like there were very limited blocks of rooms made available across all the resorts.
