That's what I heard too.

As long as it's open in Dec...

I had to do a double-take when I first found out they messed-up with the new boats.

It was like "Wait, you ordered the wrong size? I don't know how you could do that, but you'll just have to put the old ones back in....what do you mean you already started to demolish the old ones?!"

Oh, but it'll be open in December. Closed in January is what I've been hearing.

I completely agree! The Kim Possible theme came about 3 years too late. If they started a few years back, it would have been a success. This is a wonderful idea however, here's hoping Disney will listen!
It's VERY popular, though. And they were working on it back then. ;)

Can't wait to do it in Dec.

They were testing for YEARS.

I still have hope for a National Traesure one in LS. AWESOME! I love history!

Well, how about this?

They could do a National Treasure kind of hunt for the "adult" version of the WS adventure. They traveled to different countries in those movies. The same kind of idea could be applied to Epcot. It could be a multinational hunt through World Showcase with the final clues ending in The American Adventure.

Personally, I'd rather see the creatives at Disney come up with something original and not fall back on the National Treasure franchise. But, I'm OK either way.

Oct. 9th Update: The large black curtain over the wall at Sum of all Thrills came down over night and nearly the entire upper area is now visible. There was a special event in there this morning. The walls should be coming down this weekend.

Also the lights on the new railing around the fountain were on all night last night. Hopefully the work on it is now complete.

Patti LaBelle will be in the park today with some media people. Not sure about the time or location though.

Thanks for the info!

I neglected to mention last time that they hadn't installed the lights all the way around the railings yet, but it's good to hear that they've been put in and tested. I'll probably go over the next couple of evenings to get a couple pics.

World Showcase Adventure with Hathaway Browne and Fletcher Hodges ftw!

Sounds perfect. Instead of cell phone Kimmunicators, they could use something like those communication devices they use in Warehouse 13.

And that would go perfect with the Adventurers Club at the International Gateway. :D
