Expo Hall? I know... :)

When you enter the MK going under the train station, go to your way... right. Its right next to Tony's Town Square Restaurant. Look at a map formthe restaurant if you cant find it. Expo Hall is in the same building.

:p

When You go under the train tracks at the entrance, go to the right. There will be a building that will probably have banners up saying Discover the Magic. The building in the front is a store...but when you go to the back (which a lot of people overlook) it is truely MAGICAL!!

yeah...they have some neat props in there for unique picture taking and there is usually a character or two in there... of course, there is some original artwork on the wall and last year they had someone demonstrating the technique used to paint pins...it's also the place you go to pick up your picture that the Disney photographers take on the street of you and your family with the Castle in the background...overall, it's a pretty nice place to hang out to cool down.

...like Tink9988 said, go under the RR bridge and turn right....it'll be a huge building with a Goofy statue sitting in front of it..

Yeah, its a great place to chill while your parents are on line buying pictures :D They have a huge pin station there, and thats why you'll always find me at Expo Hall. Oh and also with my brother waiting for the characters to take pictures. There are usually characters in the way back by the Discover the Magic kiosks when the weather is crappy. Great photo spot with all the props in the back.

I have heard they have great things there, for the 100 years celebration... I did not go there when I went to MK in Oct, because of the stupid jerks who were traveling with me, and not interested in 100 years celebrations... They wanted to shop instead of seeing Share a dream come true, and wanted to go back to the hotel instead of seeing spectromagic. Of course, they teased me so much, and talked, and talked, that I did not go inside to see the kiosks. People say in the MK there are better things in these kiosks. Did anyone go there? What do they have there?

Yeah, that's why I asked, I'm gonna be doing a lot of pin buying while I'm there and some of the LE pins are in Expo Hall and I had no idea where it was. Thanks, guys!

Like others have written, it really is a great place to visit and take pictures. The last time we were there, all of the 7 dwarfs were there, so we were able to get pictures made with each one.

Did any of you know that Expo Hall used to be the location of one of the twin theatres for the Walt Disney Story? The entrance to the attraction was the set of doors nearest the tunnel into the MK. The first room you enter was a display area filled with Walt Disney artifacts (like those in "One Man's Dream" at Disney-MGM Studios). After checking out the displays you would continue to the mural which was flanked with two sets of doors leading into each theatre. When the attraction opened in 1973 (the first year I saw it), the large crowds going to the free show usually kept both theatres operating. Later they operated only one theatre. After the movie portion, you would leave the theatre and enter my favorite part of the attraction, an area which had models of the MK, an area of future attractions, etc...My favorite model was of the Western River Expedition (a western cowboy version of the Pirates of the Carribean, for Frontierland, that was never built).
Later they used the post show room for models of the future Epcot, and Animal Kingdom. Back then it was a fun secret to discover. It seems by the comments I'm reading that it still is, even though the content has changed.

Oh, I wish I could have seen it! Sometimes i wish i were older, so that I could see some things that are not operating anymore... Like Mr Toad, for example. I love Disney's artifacts, I stayed inside One Man's Dream for 3 hours, when I went there in October! My family had to take me out of there, and i just went because i really wanted to see the movie about Walt.

Does anyone know what they currently have at the MK Expo Hall?

Currently nothing special like it use to be.It's a pin location and the 100th kiosks station as well(I tried them all ,I love the history films about the park and if you get the answer right your Magical Momements pin lit up) .Classic mickeys shorts from "Steamboat Willie" and "Plane Crazy" are shown in the open theater area and there is also some computers to e-mail photos or messages to freinds and home. the Kodak photo pick-up is here as well.
