Great video and includes an interview with Brent Davies cruise director.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/cruiselog/2013/10/10/disney-magic-cruise-ship-makeover/2958877/CADIZ, Spain -- Just how much is changing during this month's makeover of the Disney Magic? Now you can see for yourself right here at USA TODAY's Cruise Hub.
USA TODAY Travel got an exclusive behind-the-scenes look earlier this month at the unprecedented five-week overhaul of the iconic vessel taking place in Spain, and we'll be rolling out a series of videos on the project over the next three days.
As can be seen in the first of the videos, in the carousel above, Disney's oldest cruise ship is being significantly transformed with new deck-top areas, restaurants, children's clubs and more.
The changes to the 1,754-passenger vessel include the removal of the ship's iconic Mickey Pool, being replaced by a new watery fun zone for kids, and the addition of what's billed as one of the most thrilling water slides ever on a cruise vessel.
Other notable changes to the ship include a major reworking of its grand Lobby Atrium -- a signature feature -- and the complete re-theming of its adults-only entertainment zone.

Just to add this video only went up a few mins before my post, it's very good, lots of views of the ship, far more details than the odd photo we have seen and Brent doing his Mickey voice in his interview with a hard hat on, you can't wish for more. Only on one other forum at this time.

Design and Construction of the Disney Magic Conceived as a "modern classic," the Disney Magic was designed to evoke all the glamour and beauty of the golden age of ocean travel. With these careful plans, the Disney Magic was built in the legendary Fincantieri shipyards in Italy, revered for the technical ability and ingenuity of its engineers and workforce. Through painstaking construction and exhaustive tests, a cruise liner with an unprecedented combination of power, speed and sleek beauty took shape. Today, this sturdy vessel contains an environment that is optimally comfortable, secure and, most importantly, family-friendly.

Interior Design of the Disney Magic The finest in artistry and technology marks the interior design of the Disney Magic. From its creation, the ship was meant to pay homage to the age when ocean liners—once the primary link between Europe and the Americas—represented an era's very best artists and architects, and evidence of this purpose can be found on every deck.

Specially commissioned paintings, sculptures and woodwork, as well as rare animation cels from the expansive Disney archive make the ship's Art Deco interior inimitable and distinctive. Rich detail can be observed in everything from the murals and framed pieces that line its interior walls to the gleaming fixtures and furnishings that fill its grandest spaces.

Step inside the luminous, 3-story atrium lobby—designed to recall an undersea garden—and find yourself greeted by a bronze statue of Helmsman Mickey, crafted by Walt Disney Imagineers to create a spirit of fun the minute you board. Overhead, you'll observe a dazzling chandelier reminiscent of the rays of the sun. The same grandeur encountered in the lobby can be felt throughout all the surroundings aboard the Disney Magic, from its illustrious theatres to its stately stateroom.

Disney Magic images are artist renderings; actual construction may vary.

Hm, a bit heavy on the concept art if you ask me, but I guess that's because there isn't that much to show yet! I am very much looking forward to people's pictures from the first cruise! I just wish I could see it in person any time soon. But so far my plans look more like another Wonder cruise is in my future. And I loved the Wonder, but I also want to see the other ships! That Disney cruise bug is even worse than the Disney parks bug!!!

I'm not even looking. My husband keeps texting me "Did you see....????" I don't want to know! I'd much rather be on the Magic next month. Ugh!

I know. Not sure I should look. Maybe if I have my guys strap my hands behind my back so I can't book anything. LOL!

There is going to be a serious bragging rights flood of photos next week who can pin up the most new photos ASAP. No one can avoid it! It's nice to view but may be a spoiler for others.
