Nothing throws a monkey wrench in the works like hanging Christmas lights together!

Take a friend.

We never had a winter formal at my school.

When my husband was in med school they had a winter formal and I was so excited to go.....but since none of his friends had girlfriends, we didn't go.

It honestly is more of a pain than its worth.
I'm a Homeroom Rep for Student Council, so I'll be there on Saturday to decorate the gym.
Then I actually have to go to the dance.
And find someone to go WITH.
Well, its not mandatory to bring someone, but I would feel awkward being the only one without someone.
