What is the bad color of snot? Green or clear? Mine's currently a lovely shade of green. And I'm coughing. No nasty stuff comes up, but I can feel it rumbling around down there.

Jess--it took me awhile to figure out Betty's avatar too....when I finally did figure it out I thought "DUH"

Freddy--Color is not a good way to decide...it's more about your other symptoms. Do you have a fever? Any other symptoms?
The most likely diagnosis is a viral infection.....so you should take some over the counter type medicine for sinus/cold/flu...that should help you to feel better while your body gets rid of the bug.
