Make sure you check out the giant gingerbread house at the GF, and the tree at WL!

I've seen those on TV. I can't believe I'll be seeing them for real!

The decorations are so pretty.
My early November trip was so amazing a few years ago.
But RIGHT before Christmas!
How awesome!

I think so! It's not something I'd ever thought I'd do!

The Osborne lights look like they'll be fantastic too! I'm sooooo excited for you two!

The pics of those are so amazing, I can't wait to see the real thing!

I'm not going to Disney.
Sadly. :(

Ah, but you will.
It's always something that you can look forward to in your future.
You know that someday you'll go back.

I said it because Betty said "you two." ;)
I've been trying to talk my mom into a trip this summer.
THe new Planning DVD came the other day, and I watched the WDW part with her.
I used the cute talk like, "Remember how much fun Splash Mountain is? Wouldn't you like to go back soon?"
I think she might consider going this summer. So we'll see. :)

They are amazing and I am so happy for you Dot! In April maybe we can arrange a day together! I'll be thinking about you while you are here. If you'd like you can call me with reports and I can keep everyone up on what you are doing.

If she is a sucker for kids, show her MJ's website.

That reminds me, new pics are up at The Spot in the NewPics folder

Okay, so I am watching the Grand Prix from Paris and Brian Joubert is skating...his costume is ummm, odd....black body suit with what look like Mr. T's gold necklaces scattered over it and the right arm done in such a way that it looks like he has black tatoos all over it...sigh.....

on another note. I wanted to share this with y'all... this is a friend of mine who I work with... no big deal, but if this strikes something inside of you, it's a great cause to give to. :)

Hey everybody, I hope you all are having a wonderful Thanksgiving holliday! As many of you know my son Cooper was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer, just over a year ago. He is doing wonderful and his treatment is nearing it's end. My wife and I have learned a lot about this horrible disease as well as a lot of other childhood cancers. The one troubling thing that has been particularily hard on us is the lack of funding or awareness for pediatric cancer and especially Neuroblastoma. The one charity that we have found that is the most dedicated to Neuroblastoma is Lunch for Life.

Lunch for Life is a non-profit charity that donates 100% of their money to Neuroblastoma research. Through Lunch for Life, many grants for research have been funded. Without Luch for Life, neuroblastoma research would practically be non-existent becuase there is very little money spent on pediatric cancer research, especially for rare cancers like neuroblastoma. You can read more about what they do on their website:

www.lunchforlife.org

The months before Christmas is when they do a lot of their fundraising and they also give a trip away to Disney World. Every child with neuroblastoma has a giving tree and for every $5 (the cost of one lunch) donated that child gets an ornament on his/her tree and if you use their giving code the amount of ornaments is doubled. At the end of the giving period a child will be randomly selected for a trip to Disney. Each ornament on the childs tree increases their chances in the drawing. I'm not asking you to give so that we have a better chance to go to Disney, I'm asking you to give so that maybe someday no other families will have to go through what my family has. Giving is easy and all I'm asking is for you to give up you money you spend on luch for one day. If you feel it important enough to give more then of course that too would be greatly appreciated. Please if you donate do so in Cooper Cates name and use his giving code 19109. You will be able to see all of the other names of people that have donated and we love to see new names show up each day.

Again all you have to do is go to www.lunchforlife.org and enter the giving code 19109 and click on the Giving Tree and then on Cooper Cates name.

Thank you all so very much for your continued support of my little man. He is doing wonderful and if you would like to check up on him you can always do so at www.caringbridge.org/visit/coopercates .

Please feel free to forward this to anyone you would like. This is a cause that needs all the help it can get.
