It's not pretty. It's freezing and annoying. LOL I'm ok with real snow, this is just accident inducing slush. :brick:

But... on the upside. They accepted my contract on my new condo. We close Friday! :)

No... it's not the house I was telling y'all about. I wasn't thrilled with my payment so I found a condo (flat - no more townhouses with stairs for the next few years...) It's new, 2 br, 2 full bath. I'm excited about it. And... yes quick closing... lol there is an advantage to being in the business. I got my inspection and CL-100 done today, appraisal is tomorrow and my loan had been approved for a few weeks now. So... the plan is to close friday! :) Should be an interesting weekend. :D

I think that "new" is the best way to go for a single mom. Maintenance and upkeep shouldn't be much of a problem.
I'm thrilled for you! Best of luck and much happiness there for you and Lizzy!
