Ever stayed at two resorts in one trip?

If we stay 10 days, we’ll do a split stay. Usually 3 at POP then 7 at POFQ. If we can snap a good deal at a Deluxe with our AP, we’ll splurge a little.

One great tip about split-stays ~ always leave the more expensive hotel for the end of the trip.

I have never done a split stay, as they absolutely do not appeal to me, but I read that on here all the time.

Wow. I can't believe I've never heard of club level. I guess I've never shopped for a deluxe resort on the Disney site, and it looks like that isn't an option when renting points. I made the mistake of including my wife in the reaserch last night, and she, of course, wants to do it. We were watching videos about the club level food/drinks, and she kept saying "All that is free?"

"No. It's included when you pay for club level."

"But it's free after that."

We like the idea of staying at BC or BWK. We looked at BWK last night and think the kids would like it. We will look into the other resorts mentioned. We both love the idea of being able to walk back to the resort after Fantasmic or Luminous. Honestly, that could be the best perk for me, as leaving the park at close is the thing I dread the most.
It is a fixed price. So if you have 1 person, not worthwhile IMO, but with 4 people, it is a bit more reasonable option because it is a fixed price.

A plus is that they serve lots of produce, which can be a bit limited at WDW. A small downside is that you are a bit at the mercy of what they serve. So they might not serve the kind of muffin, or fruit or juice that you like.

BC and Bwk are both great options. They both have very good club levels. When you arrive, the staff will usually go over the basics. BC and BWk are also both nice for regular stays as well, if a bit $$$ these days. I've not stayed in the DVC rooms at either, but the traditional rooms are nice. Between them, BC/YC have a slightly better pool, but the BWK pool slide is fun. Bwk is a slightly shorter walk the parks, but it is a big hotel. Some rooms are a bit of a walk to the main pool.

We have tried a few DVC rooms, and it can be handy to have a microwave, but with CL you don't really need it or a kitchen. It depends a little if you prefer making your own food or not.

We liked to book Coronado Springs for arrival night and maybe the next before we transitioned to our main stay, usually an Epcot area resort.

Thanks for all the good information. I'm sure this will add to our enjoyment of the trip.

No matter how many times I go, there is always something new to experience or a new "hack" to make the trip better.

I once booked a trip for my daughter and I on a Thursday- flew in on Friday - stayed at three different resorts Friday, Saturday, Sunday (it was all they had - one night at each hotel) and flew home Monday.
Bell services moved our luggage each day - from AofA, to Destino Tower, to Yacht Club!
Great trip & no complaints.

We did one split stay with three nights at Port Orleans and two nights at the Contemporary. Gave us a way to stay at the Contemporary without breaking the bank into pieces. We moved our own luggage, though, since we had a rental car. Everything was smooth and it was fun experiencing both resorts.
