I haven't seen anything like what's been posted but i did see a suspicious bag removal last June. It was at AKL Jambo in the gift shop. Someone left a large camera bag and the area was blocked off by security and AK cast members and some "secret service" people(as an OP said) came and picked it up after a few sniffs from a dog.

Side question: If Disney needs OC sheriff's assistance in some of these cases, are they called from a station near by WDW or do they have officers stationed at WDW for faster response? Just curious...

Saw people busted for being at the Christmas party without wristbands an they argued they were entitled to be there because they had paid for a whole days pass.

Curious....was it a sold out party? We saw literally hundreds of people without wristbands at a sold out Halloween party enjoying the shows. I saw most of then when we were at a stand-still after the fireworks on Liberty Square Bridge...

Same when I was there the first week of Oct '12. Tons of people walking around and on rides with no wristbands.

Back in the early 90's we were robbed of a few diaper bags and a pocketbook at river country. Who ever did it was able to grab our stuff while the closest adult was only a few feet away. We realized quick enough that my uncle spotted a guy moving hastily with an armful of bags but the guy got out of sight too fast. By the time a cm was notified the robber was long gone. Between our two families we lost some travelers cheques and baby supplies.

Not sure if it was sold out. It was on dec 2, 2012. The cm's were out in big numbers and was having everyone hold their hands up to show the bands. This was on Main Street.

I've seen teenage couples making out hardcore...stuff that I've never done with the lights on (only in the dark of the movie theater)...
This one time it happened at The Great Movie Ride, I was with a Brazilian Tour Group in 97 and we were in the last car and this couple was making out like crazy, hands where they should not be, etc...they were not in my group but they were kicked out when the ride ended and they had to find their guide who turned them over to the support staff who took them to the hotel and those two missed out on the party the travel agency had at MGM after the park closed.

My brother and cousins got us in trouble at DL I was 13 my brother 11 and my cousins 10 we were int he Sky way and the boys decided to spit on people under us. They wouldn't listen to me and stop. They spit on a CM who got security to meet us at the exit. Thankfully we just got a lecture.

Ok wait a minute, I'm still hung up on the OPs story.
I know sometimes it seems like a crime to be married, but seriously?
The Disney Fairytale Wedding in-park ceremony starts at $10,000. Can't just let everyone get married in the MK for free. XP

I once saw a police officer write a citation for a woman in Adventureland. I'm not exactly sure what she did, but I remember seeing a cigarette in her hand and her kids running amok, so my guess is she was either smoking where she oughtn't be, or her kids did something to upset other guests.

I really like the idea of stealth weddings at Disney World.
I would love to have seen what sort of dressing down park security tried to give to the minister.
I wonder how many occur without the parties being spotted.

I am still a bit confused as to how exactly the couple I saw were "punished". The day was over, Wishes was over when security approached. They had already been married. So it's not like getting kick out of the park so late really took away from their day. Worst case scenario it was probably a more convenient exit back to their car than waiting through monorail crowd. And it's not like security can UN-marry the couple.

All unauthorized activity is automatically nullified by Disney Security simply by them uttering the simple phrase:

"Salagadoola mechicka boola bibbidi-bobbidi-boo"

On my trip a few years ago there was a teenage girl and her friend who would jump the line from stand-by into the fast pass line and then when they got to a CM would say "Oh! I must've dropped it on my way up here let me go look for it." and it worked for them on a couple of rides but at the end of the night we were riding BTMRR and word must've gotten out because when she got to the CM and said "Oh! I must've dropped it!" the CM turned her around and walked her all the way back down the fast pass line and out into Frontierland. I cheered.

In the candy shop on Main Street a crowd of unruly school children piled in and started going crazy with the JellyBelly dispensers and 1000s of jelly beans were going all over the floor. The gals in the bonnets told the "teachers" with the children to remove the children at once.

If they sent them back to their hotel alone judging by the story I'd imagine they'd have thought of something fun to do :D
