I realize one thing though, all people are CREATED equal

That's just not so. For some life comes easier. For example, it's a fact that some people are just way smarter than others and thus probably have higher paying jobs. True some people are lazy and some grew up in a bad environment or not given the same opportunities but to say we all are equal with the same chances is very simplistic and utopian.
