got stuck going up the first hill on BTMRR. our two kids (7 and 5 at the time) wanted to ride together. they were in the seats right in front of us, but in the car in front as well (make sense?) anyway, we got stuck! for us it wasnt that big of a deal, but our little guy freaked. we were there almost 20 minutes, then three CMs came to manually lift the bars so we could walk out. they started at the front and made their way back. my wife and i were in the front seat of the last car. as the people in the front came down they were SOAKED!!!! the little spray you feel as you climb that hill and start down seems insignificant, but when you sit under it for 20 minutes, you really get wet!!!!!! the woman behind us was with her daughter. she used a wheelchair. she had limited ability walking, but with the help of my wife, her daughter, and two CMs, they were able to get her down the steep, narrow steps. strange, but a first for us. we were all given multiple fast passes to use on any attraction in the park. i think they expired in something like 7 days, so we had a good handful for a 20 minute ordeal. to this day, our son won't ride unless he sits with one of us.

Got stuck on Toy Story and Buzz but the game kept playing. Racked up the extra points! That was before I learned how to max out Buzz.

We were stuck on ToT. It was kind of scary. It was right before the drop in the elevator shaft. We had no idea when or IF we were ever going to drop. And it was a good 5 minutes before anyone said anything to us. We just sat there waiting...

Eventually, someone came on a speaker and told us we would be dropping shortly. The lights came on and we went through the drops. Then we were offered the opportunity to re-ride it without waiting in line. We were a little shaken by the experience, but both my wife and I quickly agreed to re-ride immediately.

My DW and I got stuck on ToT after loading into the drop zone. Our elevator sat in darkness for a minute or 2 then the lights came on. They proceeded to run us through the drop sequence with the lights still on. Then we were offered a make up ride which most chose to avoid (having been traumatized already)..... but of course the DW and I elected to ride again. They brought us up the real elevator that lets out in the boiler room between the ride doors. Seemed funny that the best way back to the front of the line was an elevator ride!

That was exactly our experience as well, however we waited closer to 5 minutes than 2.

Exact same things happened to us, were you there in November of this year?

I thought it was a lot of fun and a unique experience. It's not like we were going to be entombed there forever. I was kind of surprised that some guests on the ride were getting ticked that there was a breakdown.

never stuck on ToT, I would love to get stuck on a ride in DIsney and be given fastpasses for something else, lol I've had good luck with that, in Hershey Park we waited like 40 minutes for Fahrenheit, and it started pouring during our ride once we got to the station the ride was stuck, but we were undercover and it was pouring so we didn't mind, we then got passes to ride anything we wanted so that was pretty awesome.

i was stuck on HM with my boyfriend close to the beginning the hallway scene, and I actually got creeped out because we were talking about like ghosts and if we thought the ride was like really haunted and stuff like that, and then your mind just plays with you

2006 we were stuck on Splash Mt. after you take the plunge and make the circle. They came and helped us out the log and walked us out. That was interesting. I think it ws 2002 Primeval Whirl stopped with us. It was interesting to see the walkways come up and then cast members came and walked us off the attraction.

Went on TOT once after hyping up the ride to a friend of mine...we got through the 5th dimension room right before you get moved into the drop area, and the ride stopped. Lights came on and we were stuck for about 30 minutes

One stupid girl decided to start playing all of her cell's ringtones as loud as possible...it was funny for about 2 whole seconds.

Secondly, I noticed the very odd part of TOT that no one usually sees....on the right side of the 5th dimension room, there is elevator doors, sitting sideways with the # 4 on them (which makes sense as you're on the 4th floor).

Anyway, the lights stayed on, and the announcements kept saying they were going to evacuate us, but eventually they changed their mind and we did the whole drop sequence with the lights on...its not quite as thrilling.

Emergency Evacs are always fun. I have yet to experience a Disney evac although I wish I could. I was on Griffon at BGW last year and they had to evac due to lightning shutting down the ride's computer. They brought the trolley of the side of the lift and built the floors. That was a cool experience.

We got stuck on tot this November for about ten minutes right after the first scene and the once we got going it paused for a long moment before going into the drop shaft, that was a little freaky. Also this past June after we loaded into the tot elevator we sat there for awhile(5min at least) and then had to switch cars. I have also been evaced from pirates, that was cool to see backstage, and stopped on buzz, toy story, hm, sse, and the peoplemover.

There are elevator doors, light fixtures (the ones that turn off right after the doors open), even a sign "hanging" sideways from chains. It's because the 5th Dimension scene is meant to look like you're now laying on your back, looking *up* the elevator shaft to a starfield at the top. But the effect is lost on most people.

Been stuck on several rides, only had to evacuate once. It was during my first time on Test Track and our car stopped in the tunnel right before the truck sequence. We were escorted out and given fast passes.
