The full quote:

The forearm is the structure and distal region of the upper limb, between the elbow and the wrist.[1] The term forearm is used in anatomy to distinguish it from the arm, a word which is most often used to describe the entire appendage of the upper limb, but in anatomy, technically, it means only the region of the upper arm, whereas the lower "arm" is called the forearm. It is homologous to the leg that lies between the knee and the ankle joints.
And I honestly have to ask who gives a fat rats behind

Once I read the description of how the film was made I was intrigued to see it, to see how they pulled it off and the end result of the discreet filming.
But, I was really disappointed in the subject matter of the dad and the teenagers, including what shows up in the trailer.
A lot of us here recognize that pool area, so can point out where it was taken, but it seems a shame that they had to put that element of creepy stalking into the film.
There's non-Disney/family friendly, and then there's creepy. This seems to have crossed that line. There are just so many other things that could have been done, and this creepy film is going to ruin it for others doing it.

i don't like how he did it without Disney's permission, but i'm still not going to deny i wouldn't mind watching it to see how he did it. you can't not hear about this and not want to know at least.

the story itself sounds stupid and pervy though
i guess we all make sacrifices for innovative breakthroughs in cinematography

Why would they? Woo (geez I hate that name) got banned for trespassing... This guy didn't trespass...

i don't like it, but i agree with you, it makes no sense to ban him for life when he did follow at least some rules, like buying his ticket and not disrupting park activity. at the least he'll be banned for a year or two, maybe more there's not much they can do to him.

Not just that, Jeff Lange profits off selling Disney IP and he hasn't been banned... The most Disney could do is MAYBE get the movie squashed... But banning this guy? Doubtful they would go that far...

Legit question: anyone know anything about that Missing in the Mansion short film? Recorded in Disneyland by two brothers... It is a lost footage type fan film... I was listening to Coaster Radio and they were talking about it as being a movie shot in Disneyland without Disney's permission... I don't know if that is just a back story or what... I'm just trying to find out information about it, cause, let's say it is true, and Disney hasn't yet shut the site down that hosts the movie, I don't see how they can shut Escape From Tomorrow down... But then again, check out who was involved in creating the movie, and well, you have to question how certain people get away with certain things while others would have security escort them out of the park...

Yep.
I think "Missing in the Mansion" is mentioned back on page 1 in the article linked to.
You might want to listen to this podcast: http://www./podcasts/396/
It features a neat behind-the-scenes interview.

Thanks Bairstow... So basically, what these Daws brothers did was the same thing the guy who filmed Escape From Tomorrow did, of course Daws brothers DID use Disney music in the background where as Escape From Tomorrow has its own soundtrack, so which one steals IP more? I see no reason Disney would shut it down if he ever tried to put it online... They set precedent...

BTW, I didn't realize you were the one who linked Missing to this thread.. Nice call!!!

I mentioned this in the original thread on the film and even the last social media thread. Picking and choosing who can freely use Disney intellectual property is not a good decision for when something more arises in the future.

Didn't get to completely enjoy that other thread darn it... But you are right, cannot pick and choose... if the Escape guy had a good lawyer, he'd be ready with a defense that included Missing and Jeff Lange... Case dismissed... Though I really don't think Disney is going to go after the guy anyway...

I don't think they'll do much either, but what happens when it's something worse that is getting even wider play? Letting things be may have some people rubbing their back, but it also puts their intellectual property at risk.

If something worse happens then Disney will react... Will be very interesting though... cause they would then have to go shut everyone else down... Should have nipped it in the back side from the start... Wait much longer, and they will have an even bigger problem on their hands...
