Ah, Epcot, my old friend. Thanks for the update EpcotServo, I absolutely love Epcot at night as well.

Wasn't there to be a third one near the Norway bathrooms? I thought I saw one of those empty "pavement circles" there back in September, just like the one near the IG.

Could be, that area was dark and crowded and kind of blocked by Food and Wine booths, so it could've easily slipped by me.

as far as the recycling bins....saw them when I was there...at least they arent like really boring normal yellow (or blue idk which one is which) like the ones we have at home...they stand out! lol

and the Kim Possible carts are awesome...it makes it feel so top secret....

Yes, there is a KP cart in Norway. It is kind of behind a F & W cart and in front of the Viking ship. That was where our adventure started.
