Hello again, and thanks for clicking in on another update. Got lotsa pictures from the 13th, including shots of Tower's 13th, and progress on the wand's sweet, sweet, demise. But before the Fotos, here's some Newsstuffs!

MGM

-The building on the corner of Streets of America has big new lettering on it saying "Public Library". Could this have something to do with the rumored pizza place that was supposed to be coming in nearby?

-At Tower they had Cast Members wearing plain clothes with PDAs at every load and unload station. I think they may have been gathering information for a new OHRC.

-One of the shaft's photo-op cameras had a diffrent angle.

-Remy's meet and greet is VERY popular.

-the AP Tower event went smooth, and wasn't very crowded.

EPCOT

-The Wand is on it's way to YesterCot. when I was there, all of the lettering on one side was gone, and on the other nothing but a big E.

-Inside Spaceship Earth, more cars and headrests are gone at unload.

-The Seagull's mouths weren't working at Nemo.

Well, that's it...Enjoy the pictures!

Thanks for the pictures. In #69, the picture titled "Ghostbusters", where is that? I am guessing somewhere in MGM but I am unable to remember where it is.
THANKS in advance.

Thanks for the thanks everybody! I actully found that while eating at the Backlot Express. It's in a corner by that big painting of a park. It's way up at the top of the wall.

Can anyone think of good explination for why they're only lobbing off the front headrests on SSE?

My guess is that they're putting the new touch-screen(s) for the back seats in the headrests for the front seats, just like some cars do now. I'm assuming there'll be one screen per seat.

The front seats' screens will be mounted to the front of the car, and probably won't stick into the rider space (it would be an injury hazard when getting in and out of the car). The only place for the rear seats' screen(s) that wouldn't be in the way is either between the front seats' seatbacks (if there's only one for each row), or within the body of the seatback (if there are two per row). Putting the screen in the top of the seatback puts the screen at eye-level.

I assume that they removed the tops of the front seats first so that they can get a head-start on the necessary modifications to install the components before the cars make it to the shops. The front-seat screens are pretty much just bolting on (and are probably already fabricated) and won't require as much intricate work to the body of the car.
