Thanks for the update, Servo! It's pretty cool since I was actually there that same evening. As you said, it was extremely crowded. We arrived around 4:00 and FP's for everything were already gone for the day. Of course I didn't expect to catch TSMM at that point, and actually didn't get to ride it all trip. I've done it before, and 100+ minute waits are just not worth it IMHO!

I noticed the same problems with ToT. I can never remember the official names of the shafts, but we went straight in the boiler rooms both times and ended up in the far left shaft. I didn't notice the choppy audio until the second ride (15 minutes after the first), but noticed the star doors were already open both times. The star effect was still on, it was just weird looking with the doors open. The one thing that stood out to us was a bellhop named Danny who really was in perfect character. My buddy who was riding for the first time really got a kick out of him!

We ended the night at Fantasmic! which was also packed as expected. Luckily some crazy heat lightning in the area didn't affect the show. Overall we had a great time at DHS even with the crowds!

Amen to that! Travis will be a shining star at DHS! Go Travis Go. When we go in October I'll have to see if I can find you. Or are not starting till later than that?
