Isn't it ironic how alcohol will be served all throughout MK now?

The Magic Kingdom has to be like a bartender's dream, with all of the creative drinks they can concoct with for counter service and restaurants.

Alice in Wonderland themed drinks and cocktails -- Space Mountain cocktails that glow -- spiked Dole Whips and rum based Pirate drinks in Adventure Land -- Wild West themed drinks for Frontierland -- Winnie the Pooh themed drinks at Crystal Palace -- and, dreamy Cinderella themed drinks for the royal lunch and dinner -- mimosa's for breakfast. LOL.

I don't expect to see any MK drinking "T-shirts" to appear until a year or two later -- after everyone catches wind of alcohol at MK.

Hi @mergatroid! That picture is just awful but you are hilarious. LOL. Phew -- at first, I thought this was at Disney! I know it can happen anywhere but I hope to never see anything like this while I am at Disney World.

Most of the F&W food is really not that good, and certainly not worth the roughly $5 for the few bites that each entree gives you. No clue why people make such a big deal out of it.

I've done F&W a few times and if you go during the week, it's not horrible. We like the food options and being able to have a few drinks from new places and such. Our last trip during F&W we were only there for 2 nights and had to hit Epcot on a Saturday. That was my first (and last hopefully) experience with the crush of locals and the drinking teams that were everywhere. Lots of groups of 10-20 people in matching shirts drinking their way around the world. The crowds were horrible and by midafternoon the drunks were literally everywhere. I really felt it was bad show all around and it's sad to see the powers that be embrace this sort of culture. I love the concept of F&W but really hate what it has become at this point.

I'm still calling that in another 2-3 years down the road the Flower & Garden & Food & Wine festival will crossover with each other within the middle of summer....

You're already behind the times. It's now Festival of the Arts, Flower, Garden, Food, and Wine Festival. (So nice we say "Festival" twice!)

I could not disagree with you more, Tom. I've been going in the Sept./Oct. area for years, specifically to enjoy at least one night at the F & W. As long as you're not visiting on the weekend or on the first or last days of the event, the crowds and lines are very manageable. And I've always found the food to be mostly excellent. I don't enjoy everything I order, but that's not a factor of bad food - it's a factor of my personal tastes. And the stuff I like I usually REALLY like. It's totally fun to enjoy a nice meal a few bites at a time, noshing while using a trashcan as my table, and just soaking in the vibe of the World Showcase. It's a festival I never miss.
