I am sure if the wand is coming down they will replace the bulb the day before the wand comes down.

Even if the wand is coming down, i don't think they would just let the bulbs burn out and look bad, im sure they will be changing them soon...

No, the hat is reportedly getting an upgraded lighting package. As far as the wand goes, I think you're reading too much into burnt out bulbs. Like others have said, there are bulbs all over property just asking to be changed.

Don't even suggest such an idea! I doubt they would though because Disney wants to ignore the important milestone of Epcot's 25th. to focus on yomd. There are alot of people fighting the good fight to bring it down. Supposedly including new Epcot VP Jim Mcphee.
