Hi everyone! I have been visiting these forums for years and even had a different username. Unfortunately I can't remember what it is, so I created a new one so I could share a small (late) Epcot update with you.
The photos and video are from this past Saturday.
Entering Innoventions West, I spotted a construction wall that wasn't there on October 1st. I assume that they are doing some work on the planters.
Peaking over the wall at Test Track, I noticed the slanted walls at the entrance are now covered in stucco.
The construction wall was also moved slightly forward. Hopefully the road signs/lights will be removed.
The Odyssey restrooms were open, and I took a photo behind one of the curtains. I wish they would renovate this space and use it for something other than special events.
Exploring over by the Coral Reef Restaurant, I discovered an old piece of Future World that I don't recall seeing before... the entrance to The Living Seas Conference Center with the old (backwards) logo!
I noticed some LaL plaques over by the old WorldKey stations. I was hoping this was a sign that the LaL plaques were being moved to Innoventions.
But it appears they were just doing some work on LaL.
I tried taking a few panoramic photos with my iPhone's new feature, but they didn't turn out as great as I had hoped:
Here's the video I made. I apologize for how shaky the camera was at some points, and I didn't realize how much I actually panned in each video. Anyways, enjoy!
That's it for this update! Thanks!
