Epcot is my favorite, so I put things not already mentioned
1. Watching the wood carver in African Outpost- so cool.
2. The candy lady in Japan!
3. Listen to Mo Rockin' while eating lunch @ Tangering Cafe or just sippin' a beer
4. Off Kilter- more beer and a pretzel- if it's night time and chilly, then Irish coffee and a pastry
5. Beatles cover band in the back garden UK- shandy

We go to Epcot more for the vibe than the rides. Some of my favorite rides are there however. It's just the best park to relax as a couple for my wife and I. Our best dates are Epcot dates

they should have an "all- you-can-handle-WS-sampler" wristband, like they do for Bands, Brew, and BBQ @ Sea World/Busch Gardens. $25 all you can drink beer/ wine/ slushie samples (3 oz pour). That way you can get a lil' taste of EVERYTHING (IF you can handle it). They would STILL make $ and people would be less drunk due to the smaller size.

Considering the amount of drinking that takes place during the Food & Wine Festival (and now the Flower & Garden one), I'm not sure that would be the best idea....

drinking that first welsh dragon from Rose and Crown and the first Wildberry Margarita w/a pomegranite floater from La Cantina
finding a spot for Illuminations and my son saying to me "Hey Mom, remember when... (memories from past visits)
Our first TS (doesnt matter which restaurant) and saying "Sigh, we're finally here, who wants an appetizer?!?!?"
Enjoying our first ceremonial funnel cake, dancing to whatever band is playing, with a margarita in one hand, margarita in the other, and strangers joining us!! (It happens EVERY year LOL) Epcot is definately our fav park
