Totally agree..The other thing I can't stand is people who applaud when the plane touches down on the runway. Like Whits all that about? Are we not suppose to land safely?
There have been a few times when applause was needed tbh especially coming into our local airport (gets interesting with crosswinds) when you are watching the runway approach through the SIDE window until the last moment

1. journey into imagination. love figment, love Eric Idle. I also find that it's one of the most comedic attraction in the park and who doesn't like to laugh? (still sad to not see honey I hunk the audience anymore when I thought Idle was good in that as well)

2. spaceship earth. just brings back good memories. it's a nice pace and usually not a huge line either. it's really dated but still amusing to me all these years later.

3. Off Kilter. IMO the best musical act in Disney. heck I had their cd playing in the car on my way to work this morning. always worth seeing whenever I go I Disney. back "in the day" we use to go beaver tails and go see them play. I've never been disappointed from a show once.

4. illuminations. love watching (almost) all the countries light up and the effects and fireworks and lasers, really interesting show and being centered on the water there's tons I great viewing spots.

5. this is kind of cheating a little but I'm going to say the back entrance to Epcot through world showcase. makes getting in so fast during the day and its only a short trip to get to beaches and cream for a kitchen sink before heading on a boat right back to Epcot in no time at all. in a way I sort of consider the boardwalk and it's attractions and its resort neighbors as a part of the whole Epcot package even though I realize the themes are not remotely related.
