:lol: Only an Italian will get that one (and maybe not even all of them). Also I believe it is Va Fa Napoli, but Napule may just be dialect.
Anyway, Via Napoli just purely mains Naples Street.
Via translates to the word street or road.

Yes, Napule is dialect for Napoli.
It's a "clean" way of telling someone off. Much like go to hell.In this case, the word Via precedes any word and gives it the meaning of street, road, avenue, lane, etc. For instance, Via Pianelli would mean Pianelli street or Via Marconi would mean Marconi avenue.
