EPCOT Is Best

I used to love Epcot but now I find it stale And boring with lots of old attractions removed and boarded up with no replacent. Future World needs a massive overhaul.

Spaceship Earth needs to be updated with its ending put back.
Ellen needs a new video/theme/makeover
Mission Space needs something
Test Track needs some soul put back in to it
Soarin needs updating, around the world, random scenes, 3D
Imagination needs bulldozing and starting again
Captain EO needs to be put out of its misery
Odyssey needs reopening
Wonders of Life needs to be replaced by an attraction, not convention space.
Innovations needs an update
World showcase needs a new country or two
Add rides to existing pavilions, Mt Fuji coaster, Italien boat ride, British red bus simulator etc
General refurbishment of everything

And then I'd be very happy with Epcot.

EPCOT is my favorite park, as well! I love everything about it! It is our first park and our last park! The music when entering is wonderful! Spaceship Earth, Soarin, Living with the Land, The Seas, Turtle Talk with Crush, Finding Nemo, the seagulls (mine, mine, mine), Imagination, Test Track, The Lion King, shopping in Mexico, Hanging with Trolls in Norway, eating chocolates in Germany, pearls and sushi in Japan, cheese and shopping in France, The Beatles, Offkilter, lamb in Morocco, R&C, Imaginations, LeCellier, the gorgeous fountains, the quiet benches,...

If I only had one hour, it would be spent in Epcot!!

Love us some Epcot. DD loves watching Crush and has partaken in the show before. Love eating in the Land. We always stop at club cool and afterwards, watch the fountain. I probably spend too much time (and money) in Mouse Gears. We always get nachos and start our country trek in Mexico. We enjoy spending the afternoon walking the countries and just enjoying the shows and atmosphere. I also love Living Seas for dinner and this year will be DD and DS first time. They are going to love it. Not there anymore, but I used to love the Millennium Parade along with the music. Dearly miss it!

Epcot is great! We love the music and the actual distinction of the music from attraction to attraction. Our favorite rides are SSE, TT, Soarin', Malestrom. Our favorite pavilions are America, Germany, UK, and Mexico. We love the drums at Japan, the Fountain, Off-Kilter, and the various shows we have watched in England. For restaurants, we like Sunshine Seasons, Biergarten, and Napoli. In fact, Epcot is usually our first park.

EPCOT was absolutely amazing. Epcot not nearly as much (it currently reminds on of a lobotomy in its present state). It needs a massive overhaul to become EPCOT again as stated. Andys2992 had some good suggestions to at least get things started. But it's an uphill battle that will take a very long time and a ton of money (and it needs to begin now, not in 5-10 years from now or later/never)...

It seems like Disney has little to no desire to do anything about it unfortunately (and getting rid of Tony Baxter doesn't give one any hope for Imagination in particular). They seem satisfied with turning the park into a convention space and festival for food and wine. For the average guest, it seems like it's a place to go to get plastered. Actually the booze might explain why many people still attend the park and are somehow satisfied with the mediocre attractions. That makes a ton of sense...

The park still has a lot good about it though. American Adventure is still incredibly (though it could probably use a maintenance rehab by now as i doubt its gone down for a cleaning for some time). I'm a fan of the underrated (though admittedly way too short) Maelstrom. Still love 75% of Spaceship Earth (despite the ruined ending and terrible new script). Love Living With the Land and am grateful it's still there. And have a soft spot for Impressions de France (particularly after its conversion to digital, I didn't remember how clear the picture was supposed to look). Hell I even like Soarin (though miss Food Rocks). Though the rest of Future World mostly just serves to irritate me.

Where do I start.... The ambiance of the World Showcase at night. Visiting Morroco during evening EMH is a must. The best Nighttime Spectacular!
Voices of Liberty at American Adventure. side note I saw them preform on Memorial Day this year and they did a longer show that actually made me tear up. Different dining options than at any other park. The Food and Wine Festival.
Sorry it has to be mentioned being able to have some yummy beverages from around the world as well.
The unfortunate thing is that it costs more than any other park ...lol

So true sadly.

First, let me say that my family loves ALL the Disney parks... but we voted and Epcot is our least favorite of the 4. However, we still like a lot of things about it. My favorite attraction may be a little goofy, but I really enjoy Living with the Land, but then again, I like all the slow-moving boat rides at all the parks (even IASW).

I feel like Magic Kingdom and Epcot are the two parks which help to hold WDW together. They were the original two of WDW. Heck, Epcot was Disney's first non-MK style park. Both DAK and DHS (mainly DHS) seem less complete and inferior to Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

I could visit WDW and just go to Magic Kingdom and Epcot and feel perfectly content.

MK has to be my favorite park, but Epcot is my second.

I love the music at Epcot. Legacy is a perfect song when you're first walking in. It builds your anticipation. Then the Innoventions loop is just great. My favorite loop on property, actually.

I also love SSE. The details in the countries are amazing, too.

I just can't put Epcot as the #1 park because of how outdated FW is.

Seeing as George used to be in charge of Epcot, I am hopeful that it sees some much needed TLC and updates in the near future. That being said, SSE is still an iconic ride, Soarin is just plain cool and there is no place on property that has as many great choices for meals. Oh yeah, Illuminations also happens to be an amazing way to end a day @ The World.
