Funny, because I believe the current attractions deal with the future in a better way. They may not have "In the Futute, there will be this", but they also don't feature a long segment regarding history of the events, instead both Test Track and Mission Space have tiny exhibits in the line that explain the current history up to the point of the ride. Imagination though, that never delt with the future but the current shape it is in is a lot less futuristic.
