Epcot Fountain not running

Yes, the plans are real however (at the time of the article) they weren't greenlighted yet. I don't know if they have been greenlighted (or the opposite) in the time between the article & the present.

Epcot Fountain

I went to Epcot on Sunday of last weekend and also noticed that the fountains were not running. Hopefully, they will be back soon...
