Streamers do that. At least DPB has multiple cameras.
Yep. They're guilty of it, too. We watch the live-streams of the 4th of July and New Year's Eve fireworks every year...and every year we wish they'd stop switching views because their timing is terrible and it seems like they do it right in the middle of the best shots.

Seriously, the last live stream of ROE was terrible. Missed a whole bunch of stuff by switching cameras/angles at wrong times.

The good news here is, most of the time anyway, they pipe in the soundtrack and limit crowd noise. :) Hopefully it’s good enough to tide us over until they release it.

I’m currently staying at the Yacht Club in a water view room on the third floor and just caught a test of the whole show from my balcony - it started around midnight. Very impressive pyro and the kites looked great, even if their segment was rather short. Much more firework heavy than Illuminations. Over at Universal next week but tempted to come back over one evening and check it out.

Don't tell the boss that I'm sharing this with you, but this is probably better quality than what you currently have. ;)

I actually DO have this version as well, but actually prefer the livestream version of it (until they hopefully release the real thing) because it has the extra background stuff that this version doesn’t have.

This is the version piped to the resorts like the Contemporary and Polynesian. Doesn't have the various SFX sounds.

For example, in the Brave segment, you don't hear Lightning McQueen reving up his engines. You also don't hear Maleficent or Ursula screaming and roaring during the villians segment. Nor even the swords clashing with one another in the Pirates segment.

This is all due to that you simply won't have projections for context with those certain sounds from that afar. It's a small detail for Disney to create a separate soundtrack for, but very cool nonetheless!!

I'm going to get blasted for this I know, but this is Star Trek, right? I just can't remember if it is TOS or TNG.

Just kidding, TOS.

I'm going to wait and watch this in person, but I'm downloading the videos since Disney has a habit of pulling them. I'm still looking for the Pixar orchestra Disney recorded. Everyone else who records it, use a good stereo recorder, not your camera's mic.

It's weird Disney has these Epcot Forever videos as unlisted on YouTube.
During the leadup to HEA, Disney did similar type of videos, yet all those are still up and public. I usually watch those when I want to marvel at the bts work that went into HEA.

Same goes for Epcot Forever....so I don't really know why they're still unlisted. I would imagine Disney would wanna get the word out there and hype up the new show that's premiering in a couple days.

Disney keeps all embedded Parks Blog videos unlisted for some reason.

Wish they would temporarily bring back the whole parade or bring out some of the puppets. Another cool idea would have been, had this show been more advanced... is projections of the parade on the pavilions.
I think it's been at least 12 years since those puppets last saw use. And the drums were destroyed pretty quickly too.
