Are you sure? The only country that I don't know the flag of is Morocco. I think it's all red. Here:

Canada- I'm from here. I would know if it had blue.
UK- Has blue in it
France- Has blue in it
Morocco- I think it's just red. Maybe gold also.
Japan- It has the red dot with the white around it.
America- Let's see here. Red, white and...blue. Has blue in it.
Italy- Has 3 colors. None of which are blue.
Germany- See above. Different colors though.
China- Red and yellow
Norway- Has blue in it
Mexico- Has red, white and green

I still think there are only 4 countries.
