Epcot Center T-shirts are back! Changes everything doesnt it!!
I was passing through mouse gear tonight and in the Epcot section there is a brand new vintage black T-shirt with the Epcot Center text and also the Epcot Center logo. Rock! There are also a few other old Epcot t-shirts, possibly one with SSE with no wand as I recall.

I have a great feeling about Epcot this year as of tonight. Now that we have a new CEO, things really seem to be happening. SSE received a Sponsor just a couple months after Eisner left and we will have a new post show in a few months. Some of the clutter around future world is disappearing and starting to look back the way it used to be in the early days (ie. the innoventions towers dissappearing). It makes that wand rumor a bit more believable. Now we have an Epcot Center T-shirt. It wouldnt surprise me as well to see a innoventions redesign and theming pretty soon. With the Electric Umbrella being closed for a few weeks for renovaton, I'd say that its very possible. And with an Update to the American Adventure this year, a new Mexican boat ride, and a new Canadian Film on the way, I think this will be a GREAT year for Epcot and a great way to usher in its 25 year mark. Happy Anniversary.

And yes, this adds fuel to the fire that all might not be as it seems in regards to a possible (non)celebration of Epcot's 25th. One can only hope that everything that's been going on there is only the start of things to come.

Oh and I noticed that the Birnbaum's WDW 2007 guide put a "Happy 25th Birthday" graphic over a picture of SSE at the beginning of the Epcot section.

Haven't seen the new EPCOT T-shirts but I did notice this one not too long ago...

I'll have to keep my eyes open for these new ones. (Actually, Im going to go on a man...err shirthunt. Anybody wanna join me, may need some backup here)

EDIT: Forgot to mention, look at the designs on the shirt. Anybody notice anything fishy about the Seas?

I bought a shirt, but one of the old styles. Mark, I was the one standing there with the 2 friends arguing about trying to get a shirt off the top shelf.

You told us "don't mind me" while you were busy being excited about the shirts.

Oh, I zoomed in on my original photos, the girl's shirts (SSE and 82) are $22 while the unisex/mens (Pirate and Center) are $20.

t-shirts were $19 last year...inflation, I guess...pretty cool, though. Let's keep in mind, the announcement that there is no celebration comes from the VP in charge of Epcot. There will be no celebration. As was always said, however, that didn't mean there wouldn't be merchandise for the 25th anniversary. I like that new Epcot pirate ship shirt, though...I'd wear that Glad to see Disney investing in new merchandise that is specific to the parks, though...it was kinda lacking last year, which was surprising: Disney, not thinking of good ways to take my money? Shocking.

Haha, yes your designs are my favorite. I'll actually be ordering two shirts from you in the next few weeks.

And I will buy all four of the EPCOT Center shirts from MouseGear when I am up in WDW in three weeks. YAY!

Hmmmm.... Just the thing for my visit for Gay Day in June. I wonder how large of a girl's size I'd need....
(Though a black shirt on a hot, sunny day in June would be an utterly stupid idea...)

I really really really hope that these are still around when I head down there in May. I love all of them and I'll probably end up getting all three if they have them.

I have a great EPCOT Center 3/4 sleeve shirt that I found at one of the outlets a few years ago. It's lime green and dark blue (old monorail colours) and has the logo on the front with some kind of decoration on it (hard sparkly paint or some such)
